Property appraisal services are provided by a Certified Property Valuator, who must have professional qualifications granted by the Ministry of Infrastructure and mandatory third party liability insurance.

The result of the Valuer's work is an appraisal, which is his author opinion on the value of the property and constitutes an official document. It is drawn up in writing only. The operator contains information necessary to make a valuation of the property, including: an indication of the legal basis and conditions of the activities performed, substantive solutions, presentation of the calculation process and analysis of the final result.

It ensures the performance of activities related to the determination of the property value

Remuneration for the estimated service is determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the type, location and purpose of valuation.
