Apartment owners who are permanently abroad or want to spend their time in a different way do not have to worry about their premises. Our company manages the properties comprehensively, reducing the owner's efforts to a minimum.
In addition to searching for tenants, preparing a contract and all the necessary documents, we organize the signing of the contract, collection and handover of the apartment, media settlement, participation in meetings of the housing community.
